Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (OTE $90,000 - $110,000+)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Engagement Specialist to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for engaging qualified leads, generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage qualified prospects through outbound emails, calls, social media, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Conduct initial outreach to engage prospects and schedule discovery calls.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach and qualified meetings booked.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient. (We're serious about this.)
  • Comfortable using sales tools such as CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
  • Experience selling Legal Technology or into legal departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with the BANT or MEDDIC qualification frameworks.
